Day of Management is offered for both weddings and other special occasion events where you’d like someone on site to make sure everything moves along smoothly without you having to stress about the details.

Day of Management Includes:

• Complimentary Consultation

• Choice of 8, 10, or 12 hours of service on the event day

• Three (3) planning meetings:

  • 3 months before to review details, vendors, timeline, and decor

  • 2 weeks before to finalize details

  • Week of final check in

• Manage all vendors per your instructions and will connect with all vendors prior to the event

• Will be available by telephone during the entire event day to assist vendors with questions

• Will set up decor per your instructions and/or work with a design vendor to ensure everything is set up correctly

• Build and manage the run of show for the day

• Coordinate announcements throughout the day
